KIM FOGARTY, PA-C
Kim has worked in healthcare for more than two decades, which has included caring for both national and international patients. She graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University in 2000 and earned a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University in 2002. Her experience includes emergency medicine, primary care, internal medicine and psychiatry. Specifically, Kim has dedicated more than 10 years to patients suffering from Lyme Disease and associated vector-borne illnesses.
With a keen interest in health starting at a young age, she is fascinated by the intricacies involved with human body functioning. Her motivation to understand treatment and healing originated during her athletic pursuits, which ran from grade school through the collegiate level. Not only did she enjoy the ever-evolving education, but has always felt an intense need to assist her family and friends navigate their health issues and recovery. She has been blessed to have encountered several key mentors throughout her life, who have helped to encourage a constant curiosity in science and further solidify the importance of compassion with patients and their caregivers.
Kim remains motivated by her patients and colleagues to further improve diagnostics, treatment and patient education.

DR. JAMES O. HILL, II
Dr. Hill is a board-certified emergency physician and specialist in osteopathic medicine, known for his clinical expertise, and military service. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Hill completed his specialty training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Hill’s distinguished military career includes serving as an ER physician in the 86th Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, flight surgeon, commanding officer of Emergency Medical Services, and director of the Emergency Department at the 121st Combat Hospital in Seoul, South Korea.
